You will also find motivation to achieve new goals through a wide range of guided workouts, a selection of mindfulness sessions, and familiar fitness features such as Active Zone Minutes and built-in GPS. Fitbit is a part of the Google family, and use of the Fitbit app with compatible iPhone or Android devices is required along with a Google account.

You can enhance your workout routine with the Daily Readiness Score, which indicates if you are ready to exercise or need to focus on recovery (Fitbit Premium membership required). The Fitbit Charge 5 + Premium offers a daily Stress Management Score, showing your body's response to stress and providing an on-wrist EDA sensor mindfulness session to help you improve stress levels. The band is available in two sizes: small (fits wrist 5.1"-6.7") and large (fits wrist 6.7"-8.3").

Track your heart health with high and low heart rate notifications, as well as an ECG app that is compatible in select countries (not for use by individuals under 22 years old). The Health Metrics dashboard allows you to monitor SpO2, heart rate variability, skin temperature variation, and more (not for medical diagnosis or treatment).
