Introducing Fitbit Sense, the advanced smartwatch designed to help you connect with your body and improve your overall health. With a compatible ECG app right on your wrist, you can assess your heart for atrial fibrillation (Afib), track and manage stress, gain insights into your sleep quality, and monitor changes in your skin temperature patterns.

In addition, Sense provides new users with a 6-month free trial of personalized guidance and advanced insights from Fitbit Premium. As part of the Google family, Fitbit requires the use of the Fitbit app with compatible iPhone or Android devices, as well as a Google account.

The EDA Scan app on Sense can detect electrodermal activity that may indicate your body's response to stress, while the built-in skin temperature sensor logs your temperature each night. The battery life lasts over 6 days, and fast charging provides a full day's charge in just 12 minutes (actual battery life varies with usage and other factors; up to 12 hours with continuous GPS usage).

Make use of the built-in GPS feature during your activities such as runs, hikes, and rides to track pace and distance without needing your phone. Furthermore, you can take Bluetooth calls hands-free using the built-in mic and speaker when your phone is nearby (though this feature may require more frequent charging).
